I can be not convinced of it, I and have suggested to use a zone 6 for our transfer!

How your way, re-elections new Z2C will begin if R50C will demand it?
Policy demand the minimum 50% of voices of all RC at zone (P4 8.7) but if
to consider your way one voice R50C will suffice!
