As I read it, you made three points.  You corrected Kochman/Snyder on his
geography.  You made the obvious point that those who murder doctors are
murderers, and that Carhart has good reason to fear them.  And you put the
label of "rot" on Kochman/Snyder's belief that God will be
"wrathful"
towards those doctors who do abortions because Kochman/Snyder considers it
an "evil crime."

I can understand your desire to ignore him and his echo.  But I cannot help
being curious as to which of those three broke his rules.  He seems to
think that any disagreement with HIM is an attack on all Christianity,
which is pretty breathtaking and possibly blasphemous on his part.  If he
were to venture out of his personal and empty echo, it would be interesting
to see if he could provide provide Biblical passages to back up his
political/religious opinions.
