DevCon subscribers have access to the Source Migration Analysis and
Reporting Tool (SMART), which includes a resource translator that can take
Windows resources and convert them to OS/2 resources, and to the Universal
Resource Editor (URE), which is part of the OS/2 Warp Toolkit.
