I find a good mean and nasty look is often cheaper and more effective.
Corse, they only have to humour me for a little while longer and I'm
outta their hair.  For Adam he's got years more to perfect the
disappearing act.  Someday when he's much older, he'll do that and be
found with a shovel in hand, or other item that he now regards as
"work"...  (Thinking of the male habit of finding something to do when
he can't just disappear).
