Everything you said in your post is accurate.  He lies.  He makes stuff up.
 He plays word-games.  He tries to force people to reinvent the wheel in
every thread.  Heck, he still claims to believe that Gore won Florida in
2000 and that Bill Clinton never lied.  No discussion with such a clown can
be productive.  If it is done at all, it has to be done for entertainment
