Same with medical care in Britain and Canada.  In fact, when people were
pointing out delays, long lines, and denial of care in those systems a few
months ago, one of the defenses was that their SYSTEM is great and it just
needs MORE MONEY to be put in.  Kind of strange that the people pushing the
bill claim that it will SAVE money.
