Hi, Gord! Recently you wrote in a message to Ardith Hinton:

I can relate... [grin]. I'm reminded of an incident which
occurred last summer while we were en route from Nanaimo to Victoria. We
stopped at a KFC in Ladysmith on a hill overlooking the highway & were
eating our lunch in the parking lot when we heard an ominous thump.
Shortly thereafter, we heard sirens... so I went to the edge of the parking
lot to find out what was going on. I saw smashed cars & debris on both
sides of the concrete barrier in the middle of the road, and I was informed
by other bystanders that a car heading downhill & proceeding left onto
the highway had collided with the end of this barrier. The car had finally
come to rest on its roof & emergency crews were working feverishly to
get the occupants out without adding to any injury they might already have.
When a young man in a convertible started leaning on his horn, another
young man who was behind me yelled "Grow up, Dude... there's an
accident!" The horn-blowing ceased, I suppose because the
"dude" realized he wasn't making the impression he had intended
to make. And while I'd probably have used different words I don't think I
could have done any better.... ;-)

Seems to me you & Dallas have fixed the problem now. Please
let us know if you receive this reply.... :-)
