Well, this certainly is an alternative power source for the home!
Before anything else, "There's no such thing as a free lunch".
Others have tried before, still here's something you might try:

 The device is DC powered and is quite simple. Four magnets placed at 90
 deg. from each other are placed on a disc with that same poles facing
 out. 2 Pulsing coils (DC) are then placed at 180 degrees outside the
 edge of the disc. An opto switch or reed relay is used to pulse the
 coils from a primary DC source. The coils will be momentarily pulsed
 with an opposite pole of the magnet to attract it. The coil charge is
 then collapsed causing back-emf. This creates the reverse pole and
 repulses the magnet. Simple and efficient. Then evenly placed Generating
 coils (many) are placed around the disc to induce power from the
 rotating magnets. When sufficient Regenerator coils are placed they can
 be fed back to the primary to top up the source (ie Battery).
