        view.exe is used to read INF files.  However, aren't INF files
already associated with view.exe?  If that is the case, then you simply
have to double click on the INF file.

        This isn't Windows 3.1:  windows rarely hang.  If they do, you can
press ctrl-escapce repetitively to get the system's attention.  If a
window is really hung, as opposed to performing a very lengthy task, then
you will be offered the option of killing the application.

        Finally, this is a programming echo, not a general OS/2 echo.
