I normally use ZTree for file management, so I never paid much attention to the Explorer thing, but I definitely have seen an F5 not notice new directories (or was it deleted directories??). I believe it was not over dial up. Hmmm. I wonder if it is when I am using Terminal Server to access a server over the network? Anyway, not a big deal for me.
