There is one in the book _Driven to Distraction_.  Since it's still in
print, you should have no problems picking up a copy.
It also doesn't hurt to get a psychological test on it, either.  :>
(I hadn't been tested since I was 2......until last summer when Mom thought
that I may not have grown out of this crazy disorder! :)
