Not so.  This echo had zero traffic for over 30 days until I posted my
"Area Check" message.  Dead echoes that link nowhere other than
my hub and have no downlinks "subscribed" to them become
candidates for de-listing on the system for no other reason than
housekeeping of the message bases.
