version 7 nodelist routines in Fleetstreet. He created an DLL for me:

VERS7.DLL is a spin-off of FleetStreet, the ultimate Fidonet Message Editor
for OS/2 2.x/3.x Presentation Manager. The latest version of  FleetStreet
