The actual line that he is misquoting said "in Bobzo-world."  Klahn edited
quoted material.  That will get a person booted out of just about any echo.
 Heck, back when Quarrella was moderating holysmoke and allowing direct
threats of physical violence, this was one of the only TWO things not
permitted.  (The other was "playing moderator.")  But Bob did it in HIS
echo, so nothing will come of it.  Rules mean nothing to him.  If people in
his echo were to start altering HIS words and passing them off as actual
quotes, though, he might find a way to reverse positions.
