One I-Modem handles BOTH 64K channels, you only need one I-Modem to for each
BRI. However, if you want TWO v34 channels, you also need to plug an ANY v34
modem to the analog port on the back, as the I-Modem only has 1 build in V34
modem. I know of no ISDN TA/MODEM that has more than one built in V34 at
this time.
