Bladerunner is one of those science fiction cult films.
A bladerunner is someone (kind of like a cop) who tracks
down replicants (androids), usually to exterminate them.
Harrison Ford does not particularly like it, being one
of his early films, and definitely not his best acting.
But some of the lines are memorable -

"Is this testing whether I'm a replicant, or a lesbian, Mr. Deckard?"
- Rachael (a replicant being tested by Deckard)

"I'm not in the business... I am the business." - Rachael

"Have you taken that test yourself?" - Rachael

"I think, Sebastian, therefore I am." - Pris, a replicant
