Howdy All!
Over 50 Years ago before I married My Wife I was at a (Radio Club)
"Ham Fest"
where Amateur Radio Gear was set up in Tents at a Park and was powered
by a Generator for 24 Hours under Simulated Emergency Conditions.
One of the Tents didn't have any Radios in it, it was for eating Food
prepared by the WIves and Girl Friends for the Men operating the Radios.
One Lady brought Home-Made Mayonnaise to the Ham Fest and told me how
She made it.
I wrote the Recipe down and remember making some at home, but I can't
remember the Recipe any more.
Lately I've thought about making some Mayonnaise from Scratch but I
couldn't find it in our Recipe Boxes, so I guess I never told My Wife
how the Mayonnaise was made.
Egg Whites is the only Inggedient I can remember being told that was
in it.
I've looked through the Cooking Echo messages that I've saved for it
but couldn't see "THAT SUBJECT" being discussed.
I'm sure Someone here knows how to make Mayonnaise and would share
Their Recipe for Us here to have. Thanks in advance from Ed Vance.
Another "M" Recipe I've wondered about is MARSHMELLOWS.
Does Anyone have a Recipe telling how they are made? Thanks again.

... I'm thick headed and hard of hearing - would You repeat that please?
