Ah, pardon me.  The result of a cultural bias, don't you know.  Up here
in Canuckia, if I'm not mistaken, we have the greatest amount of garbage
per capita in the world.  Lots of it is perfectly compostable stuff like
citrus fruit rinds and coffee grounds.
