If you have the source,  and it uses the subset of the win32 apis that
dapie implements,  and it compiles with IBM's C++ compiler,  the answer is
yes.

Dapie is (a large part of) the win32 api on os/2,  don't think of it as any more.

That would be a shame if it were true -- both of those are proprietary,and
lock you in to one vendor.  I have a feeling the most popular use of these
two is with hobbyists,  not for commercial use.

I frequently review/recommend (or more often reject) tools for large Banks
etc;  the first test a product must pass is "openness".  It must
be compilable with more than one compiler.
