This is just capital gain, not taking into account dividends
and interest.  Not taking into account brokerage either.  It
was easier to quote the gain than fart around trying to
remember some of the obscure things I put into the spreadsheet.
Why on earth would I have gone + 5000 + 15000 in one of the
columns elsewhere?  Who knows!  BFN.  Paul.
