Well then; would you know where to find used JY-15's at a resonable price?
This past fall Baltimore County set up a high school sailing program where we
also learned how to race the boats. By the end there was a small sailing
race. Anyway I am looking into doing this more seriously and I would like to
try to eventually find myself a good boat to start with. I really enjoyed
the JY-15's because of the speed; though they seemed very capable of
capsizing in strong winds. I would like to at least find something that
probably would be good to sail in the Baltimore Harbor.(note: the harbor has
a lot of gas; oil; trash; ect... floating in it at certain places, for the
most part it is kept presentable but early in the morning for example I found
a dead cat in the water and so I would like to try to find something that
doesn't capsize; the Baltimore Harbor is still cleaner than the Boston Harbor
though.) Thanks for your help.
