Hi Folks,
I am trying to grow a southern magnolia in south central Pennsylvania. It
is almost two years old now (for me). The first winter it did alright until
March when a brief below freezing spell with strong winds knocked off most of
the leaves. It recovered nicely last Summer. This winter wasn't bad at all,
but again the leaves this past March, too, took a beating. Anyway, I use the
"Miracid" as directed, but the leaves never get that deep green color like
they should. I think I will have some blossoms soon. Any suggestions will
be most appreciated.
Take care, Joe.
