I've seen a fine tipped pen which lays down a conductive track on pcb's. In the past I found that some specialty model making paints especially of high metalic content colours such as gold, chrome, etc, tend to be quite conductive when dry. Even gold leaf type paints such as Sheffield etc, are also pretty conductive. I didn't take measurements other than to note that the ohmmeter was zeroed so resistivity must be pretty low.
