I was making a joke.  Which reminds me.  One of my friends was over
and spotted a bottle of sake on the cabinet.  After explaining to him
that sake is not anything like beer, and not to drink too much of it,
he quickly downed one glass.  Thinking it was weak, tasting like cough
syrup, he quickly downed another glass.  And then another.  Until the
entire bottle was empty.  And then it hit him.  Needless to say, I had
to drive him home.  :)

At least they don't serve tuba in Japan.  Not that I know of, anyway.
Gosh, that stuff is *nasty*.  But it will get you drunk.  If you think
rice wine is bad, try coconut wine.  Guaranteed to make your head spin.
