A chacun son gout, consider it a rhetorical flourish if
        you like. :-)

DH> I have a "new age-ish" album by Kerry Livgren

Apparently it was Livgren who was most responsible for
the Gentle Giant influence on Kansas. It's interesting
that Livgren and GG keyboardist Kerry Minnear (and what a
coincidence about the names, eh?) both became born again
Christians. Rick Wakeman, too. I wonder if there's
something about playing prog keyboards that makes them
find religion and stay skinny as they age, whereas bass
players tend to get fat (Greg Lake, Chris Squire).

Didn't Steve Morse gig with them for a while? THat could
        have been real good.

                                Cheers,
                                Kenneth
