FidoNet's Policy 4 expressly prohibits encrypted messages, so we have to take
that into account. Not only that, but we cannot tamper with the header and
footer of a message, either. That's moot because most message reader/editors
don't display the headers and footers anyway.
The issue here is JUST for digital signatures ONLY which, in this case, are
more or less comparable to "tag lines" or like my two-line signature below.
