Hello! great to have another Geos Ensemble user. Just a thought about your 
desire for a date display. It's not the same as the on screen clock, but in 
the earlier version (1.2), which didn't have the splendid clock that's in 
v.2.0, we used to open Geoplanner, resize it as necessary, and pop it down 
below (or above, if you like) the Geomanager screen, with just enough showing 
to reveal the date (and time, if you like.).
