x00 and x01 (x=lots of 0's) will reload and cause no problem. You may on the 
1st reload take slightly longer a d/l but it continues. Unlike those that 
delete on a regular basis, I usually wait a week or two before doing the 
deltree method as Juno will erase old messages upon, I believe a limit is 
reached. Now I don't know if that's by count or age type of method though.
