I have meant to setup a freq processor with binkd but haven't done it yet. I
have a copy of mfreq-3.18.tgz that I have been meaning to look at that includes
source. It was writtem by Marcus Reschke.

It's not available for freq.. ;) but if that interests you I could send it your
