   My name is Shannon McNickle and I e-mailed you a request but I'm not sure 
if you ever received it. 
   I am looking for my brother that was adopted (at least I think so) out of 
Georgia. I have his original birth certificate.

   Birthdate: October 31, 1973
   Born: Chatham County, Savannah, Georgia

   Time of birth: 12:24 p.m.

   My birth mother doesn't remember ever signing the adoption papers. She was 
in the Goodings Million Dollar Midways at the time. I know she had him in her 
custody up until he was at least three months old. (I have a picture of him).
   For some reason she says that his parents name is Vern and Louise Kline. 
But where she came up with that name I will never know. I have written or 
called everyone that I know of by that name and by Richard Kline and still no 
response.
   The state of Georgia says that they don't even have a copy of his original 
birth certificate. But that's a lie because I have a copy of it.
   Me and my three sisters are getting together in September to see my birth 
mother and it would be nice to have my brother there this time.
  Please help me.
