 I have it set up to only have one archive to be sent out.  The date and the
extension of that packet reflect the first time it was processed (created).

 If you were to call once a week, you would get only one (big) packet.

 The contents of those archives on the other hand, are broken up into the
mail *.PKTs, as they come into this system.  The individual *.PKT files more
accurately reflect the number of times (and dates) mail gets processed here.

 If I were to generate another archive every time there was to be something
added, you would be getting anything up to five packets for each day.
 I do it this way because it is easier to track back old packets.  If problems
arise, I have to look for only one archive rather than anything up to 30 odd
for one user.
