I hadn't heard of scooter pie before. So I looked it up: it's sort
of a northern moon pie. Canada has a similar confection called wagon
wheels made by Vachon, the same company that makes Jos Louis and
May West cakes (and holds the rights to make Twinkies in Canada).
The misspellings were on purpose to avoid lawsuits!

This shares the same three key ingredients as s'mores:

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Egg-Less Chocolate Mousse Pie
 Categories: Pies, Chocolate, Pudding
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
    1/4 c  Pareve milk
      2    Sq bittersweet chocolate
      1    Dash of salt
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      1    Container Rich's whip
      9    inch graham cracker pie
           -crust
           FOR PIE CRUST:
      8    Graham crackers
      2 tb Margarine
    1/4 c  Sugar
 
  Mix fluff, chocolate, milk, and salt in pot over very low flame
  until melted and thick, or melt in microwave for 2 minutes,
  stirring after one minute. Add vanilla and let cool in
  refrigerator 30 minutes.
  
  Whip Rich's for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Freeze
  in pie shell. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips,
  or chocolate shavings.
  
  For pie crust: Chop crackers in food processor. Add other
  ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread into pie tin. Bake for
  10 minutes at 350 degrees.
