I did not. I don't speak Spanish. But there's lots of internet
dictionaries at my finger tips so I do now. BTW the word has several
meanings depending on what part of the Spanish speaking world you
are in, some of them quite innocent.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Dulce Zacatecano
 Categories: Mexican, Desserts, Wine
      Yield: 4 Servings

      4    Bananas
           Butter
    1/4 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Heavy sweet cream
    1/4 c  Dry sherry
      1 ts Vanilla

  Sliced peeled bananas lengthwise. Saute in butter until light
  brown (they will smell wonderful). Drain and set in shallow cake
  pan. Spread a thin layer of sugar (not all!) evenly over bananas.
  Whip cream together with remaining ingredients. Spread cream on
  bananas. Chill at least one hour. Serve cold.
