That's interesting. They have that at the library here but
I didn't even bother to check it out since I figured it
wa too late to be any good. I'll have to go get it now.
As for _Two for the Road_, if you can get past your
natural aversion to the names "Don" and "Kirshner", about
2/3 of that album is really fine stuff. The rest is sort
of make-you-wince cheesy pomp-pop, but that doesn't make
the good stuff any less good. You could edit it down to
one decent side of a C90.

Well, that wa a big problem. I stopped listening to them
for decades because they were mixing in the dross with
the gold. It wasn't until this decade I realised there
were some decent bits on albums like _Left Overture_ and
even _Point of No Return_. Unfortunately, that led me to
buy _Audio-Visions_ which has no decent bits, but till,
with judiciious editing you can put together a fine
collection of various bits from Kansas albums and it ends
up sounding quite impressive.
KN> BTW, if you like Kansas you might like the US band Echolyn, who

KA> I'll have to try and keep this in mind myself.
Keep in mind that your mileage may vary, though, since
for some reason Echolyn seems to provoke extreme hatred
from some people. I like all their stuff but I can see
where it's an acquired taste. Generally, though, if you
liked the proggy side of Kansas you would probably like
Echolyn.
