The (potential) lie is that he had the ZC's backing to excommunicate me. He
also (apparently) said that he had consulted Net 711 + 712 hubs before
going ahead.  Apparently Ted said that he didn't agree with that at all, in
case the implication was that he was one of the mythical 712 nodes. BFN.
