  I'm not sure what that means. Paul is certainly FUCKING annoying,
but how annoying does he have to be before he is annoying in excess?
Is there a specific limit, like 375 millilitres in a can of beer?

  I lost patience with Paul 28-days ahead of Fido, so we could rate
Paul as a 28-millibob annoyer, one millibob to the day, and we no
longer have to use imprecise terms like "excessive".

  Rod Speed was twitted a year ago, so he rates 365 millibobs; 0.365
of a full bob, exactly the same effect as two schooners of beer. I
find that very significant. Tow beers, and Rod Speed is anyone's.

  And when someone is so annoying that they get twitted coming and
going, they would rate 1000 millijeffs on the jeff scale.
