Ryan Dalziel will lead the 2004 Toyota Atlantic field to the first green
flag of the season tomorrow morning at the 30th Annual Long Beach Grand
Prix. The young
Scot held the pole from yesterday's session as weather played a factor in
today's final qualifying run.

Rain today slowed down the times for the Atlantic series drivers as they
took to the wet track that had some slick spots and puddles.  The track
dried out as the session progressed; however, the session had only ten
minutes of green flag.  Wall hits and slides into the turns brought out the
red flag.
