Grin, has ti occured to anyone that that one portion of P4 would be easy to
¨update?  Just the 'case of the crooked cop' for example with added
examples.

I've had to deal with some hilarious and very sad ones as well as some real ¨messes.

'Case of the delinked stupid-boy', P4 submitted against NC by node 6
months¨after election due to not received notification of a vote.  Member
had moved ¨and not notified NC of new phone number nor picked up intransit
netmail for ¨node in 6 months.  Member had not read Fidonews or regional
echos which posted ¨full details.  

RC denied case and told Member to update new phone number with NC and start
¨picking up mail as expected or in whatever way was mutually acceptable
both.
