I received a reply from you that dealt with wearing a helmet. your message
went on to say that one should not get out of bed or take a shower without
one because home injuries are often head injuries. you put your comment in
the form of a joke. If head injuries is leading cause of injuries in the home
perhaps helmets a worth wearing. Some may say, "come on your carrying this
too far" well I say the same when it comes to wearing a helmet on a bike. If
I am on a quiet country road with no cars around riding slowly along I feel
that I can ride without a helmet. If I'm cycling with my team at 35-40km/hr
inches away from the rider ahead on a road that may have car traffic - hey
that helmet is on my head. We need to decipher one situation from another as
for example wearing a helmet at home to prevent head injury.
