Title: French Brie and Ham Baguette
Categories: Sandwiches, Ham, Cheese
Yield: 4 Servings
1 Baguette
1/3 c Peach preserves
6 oz Sliced ham
5 oz Brie; sliced, at room temp
Slice baguette horizontally. Spread preserves on both sides of
bread. On the bottom half of baguette, lay overlapping slices of
ham, then top with Brie. Place the top of baguette onto the
sandwich. Cut into four portions secured by decorative sandwich
picks. Heat in a 400 F oven for about 10 minutes and serve.
