OK, that is the ftelnet interface.  I don't know how downloading a QWK
packet via ftelnet works (or if it does work at all).  If people want to
use QWK packets, it is best to either use regular telnet or to use ftp
(after they set up an account).

I need to ask about the ftelnet downloads.
