I went to capitolcityonline.net -- what I got was a typical BBS type of
window inside of the browser window, claiming it was via telnet.  Large
packet might be a reasonable possibility -- I think it wanted me to
download a lot of message areas I was not interested in.  I'll fiddle
around with it a little bit this weekend when I have more time.

Good.  Thank you.  That echo has a lot of users as well as a few sysops
and a point.  Some of them depended on DOCs and need to find a new home.
