Depends on how bad its hung, sometimes you can kill the process from the
Window List (Ctrl-Esc) by pressing Del or using the other mouse button to
bring up the context menu then selecting Close.
Watchcat (WCAT21.ZIP) is an excellent program for killing hung apps. It
also lists threads running, process info, and much more.
GO_15.ZIP is another good util that can kill processes. You can only use GO
if your keyboard is not hung, though.
Watchcat pops up via a hotkey or some other device, and will still popup
(most of the time... :-) when the keyboard seems to be locked.
