subject: A funny thing happend this morning.

Hello everybodies,

 Check this out. I found this in my netmail this morning from David More:

==============================================================================
 DM> I found this in Net Dev.

 DM> As agreed by the ZC, Paul Edwards was validly suspended for 6 weeks
 DM> from Fidonet.
 DM> My reading of Policy 4 is that your attempts, in the message below, to
 DM> bypass this temporary excommuncation are a violation of Policy.
 DM> If you continue with such actions I will file a Policy Complaint with
 DM> Ted Harrison.
 DM> =======================================================================

 JT> Hi everyone, this message came from paul, he was asking for
 JT> assistance on some of the technical issues.
 JT> Any replies should be send directly to his internet address
 JT> (avon{at}rosebay.matra.com.au). If you don't have internet access, you
 JT> can reply either here or netmail and I'll get the message through.

 JT> For those who do not already know, Paul doesn't intend on coming back
 JT> to fido, although had sent a message a few hours prior to
 JT> excommunication, it didn't seem to make it out.

 (rest of paul's message here)

 So far, he has verified that David Nugent was one of the persons consulted
and OKed the excommunication, this is no real suprise, but useful for those
who are keeping tabs.

 He also verified that the excommunication *IS* temporary. Even though that
netmail in question was publicly posted.

 Speaking of which, the only thing I had received about that posting of private
netmail in a public conference, was Charles Yendle having a spack attack.

 Oh, and the usual disclaimer goes here, you didn't get it from me, this
message will self-destruct in five seconds etc etc etc.
