 Now you really have no idea how unions work. It's non-union
 people who have to live in fear of displeasing the boss. If the
 non-union worker shakes his head around the boss, at the wrong
 time, he can be fired. Or even if he doesn't, just cause the
 boss is feeling mean.

 OTOH, I have been known to tell a plant engineer to get the hell
 out of my way when I feel it necessary.
