One nice thing about ERRFLAGS is that it won't catch that user flag unless
he configs it to do so before hand. Even then, I'm not so sure it will
kick it out (I havn't played with it in a long while). But, since he's
seen the idea, he seems to agree that it might do the Russians some good.
We'll see what happens.
