	You mean keep their mouths shut about all that tech we and the UK
supplied Iraq in the 1980s?  The tech that Iraq specified in their report
to the UN, but which we somehow got ahold of first and stripped all the
references to the US and European companies supplying the tech to Iraq
then *before* it was released Security Council countries?  Is that what
you really want reporters to keep their mouths shut about?
