Looks like we might well have a netmail problem.

I sent one to RTL,

   To: 3:640/201

in response to an incoming netmail from him. Mine
appears to have gone out ok, but he hasnt received it.

Maybe the outgoing netmail got broken with the change from Dave to Ted.
