Sorry for butting-in... I had begun to do the same thing (because of my
intense preference for Pascal over C/C++). In my travels, however, I found
that OS/2 is certainly more suited to the latter because of it's
flexibility (the ease with which typecasting can be accomplished comes to
mind), not to mention the obvious calling convention differences (easily
hurdled, though). Additionally, I have discovered that C, overall, is
syntactically easier to use, *ESPECIALLY* in PM programming. To sum it up,
I found Pascal's strict rules to be a burden.
