      Yield: 12 servings
 
      5 lb Leg of pork
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Cayenne
    1/4 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Cumin
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Thyme
 
  Rinse pork and pat dry. Rub with mixture of all spices.
  Roast at 200F for 8 hr.
